Manny Carrillo began his real estate career in
March of 2004 in Southern California working
with EMortgage-Loan.com, Inc. as a mortgage
broker. A few months later in June, he graduated
from California State University, Northridge
(CSUN) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration with a double emphasis in Finance
and in Real Estate.
Throughout the next few years, Manny gained
invaluable experience in the field of real
estate financing where he helped many first-time
buyers achieve their dreams of owning a home.
Besides working with homeowners, he also worked
with many investors and business owners in
obtaining commercial loans for their business
needs. During his career as a mortgage broker,
Manny realized that he wanted to work closer
with investors and decided to focus on
commercial real estate.
Upon receiving his real estate license in
Arizona, Manny began to work with S.J. Fowler
Real Estate, a company with an extensive
background in commercial real estate in the
Southeast Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan
area. His area of expertise is 2-4 unit
multi-family dwellings in the south Scottsdale,
Chandler, and Tempe area.
With today's changing real estate market, it is
important for home buyers and investors alike to
work with experienced real estate professionals.
Manny has the education and experience necessary
to guide his customers through the complicated
buying and selling process of any investment
property and help them determine which ones will
yield them the highest return on their
investment.
Manny is happily married and resides in Tempe,
AZ with his wife and their dog. In his spare
time he likes to have fun by being around people
and is also a avid athlete. He enjoys mountain
biking, snowboarding, running, playing baseball,
horseback riding, and steer wrestling. |
